Stephen Kaminski is the sole owner of Kaminski Law Office, PLLC.  Mr. Kaminski started Kaminski Law Office in September 2009 after spending more than 16 years at Larkin, Hoffman, Daly & Lindgren, Ltd. where he was a shareholder.  Prior to working at Larkin, Hoffman, Daly & Lindgren, Ltd., Mr. Kaminski worked for over 3 years at the international accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand (now known as PriceWaterhouse Coopers).

Over his career, Mr. Kaminski's practice has focused on acting as the "General Counsel" to his clients.  Mr. Kaminski's practice is predominantly focused on the organization, capitalization and reviewing of transactional and operational documents for businesses. These documents include asset and stock purchase agreement, joint-venture agreements, buy-sell agreements, consulting agreements, distributor agreements and employment agreements.

Mr. Kaminski's experience as a business owner, coupled with his extensive experience representing various business entities, provides Mr. Kaminski with the diverse business experience required that allow Mr. Kaminski to identify issues and offer solutions to all of his clients while working with very diverse personalities.

The following is a short list of just some of the areas in which Mr. Kaminski helps assist his clients:

      1.  Counseling clients regarding which type of business entity they should choose to operate their business (C corporation, S corporation, limited liability company, or sole proprietorship).

       2.  Preparation of all documents necessary for a client to begin operating his business including Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization, Bylaws, Minutes of Action, Stock Certificates, and the required federal forms.

       3.  Preparation, review, and negotiation of various business agreements such as asset and stock purchase agreements, buy-sell agreements, shareholder agreements, member control agreement, joint-venture agreements, consulting agreements, independent contractor agreements, and employment agreement.
